I met Dr. Swales first on the day of my Pre-assessment and he was so cool, calm and very professional. The way and manner he spoke to me put me at rest and all fear or phobia I earlier had for surgery disappeared. I went in with a grin on my face but came out smiling like a baby. On the day of the surgery, Dr Swales with his nurse assistant gave their best professional service to make my experience great. Never had a surgery before but I look like a pro on the ops table because I was been attended to real pros. I want to say a big thank you to Dr. John Swales and his able nurse for a job well-done. It went just as he said it will. I am grateful.

Dr John Swales is one of the best doctors I have ever seen, he is very thorough and extremely friendly. He put me and my wife at ease and explained everything more than once. During the procedure he was constantly talking to me, that made me feel at ease. After the procedure had finished he spoke to me and my wife again and was very polite. A real pleasure seeing him

I attended Dr Swales surgery for 'the male operation'. For most men this is a very daunting prospect but Dr Swales put me at ease (as far as he could) and explained the process very well. He was understanding of my needs as the patient and the whole procedure was incredibly quick, including the booking process. A great service provided by the NHS!
